Course outline

Phase I: Coaching Basics: This powerful six month course is designed to lay the necessary foundation of knowledge and essential techniques of coaching. It begins with two full days of hands-on-training where you will learn and experience compelling and accelerating coaching techniques. The course schedule is a one-hour weekly telephone session alternating between one-on-one and group training. The program is completed with two additional days of training to bring it all together so that you are prepared to begin using your coaching skills.

Phase II. Beyond the Basics: Beyond the Basics builds upon the foundational skills acquired in Coaching Basics in a mentorship format. In this course you will receive personal coaching and have hands on learning as you begin coaching under Rob’s guidance. This course schedule parallels that of Phase I.
Tuition: $3000

Phase III. Master Coaching: Master Coaching is World Series training for people who desire to become the most effective, influential and persuasive leader possible. This intense program is a complete mentorship curriculum designed to maximize your success in coaching. The course schedule for Master Coaching is similar to Phase II.
